Recruitment for the post of Public Prosecutor and the Additional Public Prosecutors in the Court of Ld. Sessions Judge and Ld. Additional Session Judge within the South Tripura District.

No of Post:- 03 (three) nos. post. Public Prosecutor 1 (one) no. and Additional Public Prosecutor 2 (two) nos.

Qualification required:- Candidates must have a Degree in Law of a recognized University and be enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council of Tripura.

Eligibility:- Candidate must have practiced on the criminal side as an Advocate for not less than 7 (seven) years.

Experience needed :- i) Total number of cases conducted independently and Jointly. ii) Judgement of at least 03 cases in which the applicant has appeared and conducted. iii) Previous experiences if any as Public Prosecutor, Addl. Public Prosecutor or Asst. Public Prosecutor. iv)General reputation in terms of integrity and professional efficiency .
