MINUTES OF THE MONTHLY DEVELOPMENT MEETING HELD ON

 05.1.07 WITH THE BDOs & LINE DEPARTMENTS OF SOUTH

TRIPURA DISTRICT AT 3.00 PM IN THE OMPI R. D. BLOCK OFFICE

 

List of participants is shown in Annexure – A.

          Chairman, Ompi BAC; ADM (South); PD, DRDA (South); all the BDOs and the Line Departments Officers assembled at Amarpur Dak-Bungalow at 9 A.M. The team under the leadership of DM & Collector, South Tripura conducted inspection of RD and other Development works under Ompi RD Block. Thereafter, monthly Development review meeting chaired by the DM & Collector, (South) Started at 3 P.M. in the meeting Hall of Ompi RD Block office.

          After detail discussions and review of the performance of various schemes, following decisions were taken :

 

1. WATER BODIES:

1)       All BDOs have been given 5 lakhs under HTM for creation of water bodies of at least 5 hectare in total area, where each water body area should not be less than 1 hectare. It appears that work has not been started by the BDOs. BDOs should start the work immediately and complete within March’07. BDOs were advised to maintain the bundh of the water bodies wide enough and they may also plan plantation on the bundh to give it strength.                                                                                   ( Action : all  BDOs )

2)       A detailed report in connection with safety aspect of the existing water bodies from Earthquake point of view, only for the water bodies which are above 1 hectare, is still pending from the BDOs. The same be submitted immediately.                                                                         ( Action : all BDOs )

3)       BDOs may issue work order in favour of VLW/Agri Asstt., if necessary and in such case, copy is to be marked to Supdt. Of Agriculture concerned.

4) BDO, Hrishyamukh is to send the names of two ongoing water bodies being created.                                                             ( Action:  BDO, Hrishyamukh)

 

2. IRRIGATION AND NON-IRRIGATION PLAN:

1)   All BDOs were further requested to identify at least one site to create irrigation facilities in non-irrigable areas and submit the same by 31st Dec’06. Report is yet to be received from the BDOs. The same should be submitted positively by 31st Jan’07.                                                ( Action : All BDOs )

 

3. IRRIGATION:

1)       The BDOs were instructed to take action in respect of creation of irrigation facilities as per joint action plan.                     (Action : all BDOs )

2)           Executive Engineer, RD (South) informed in the meeting that rate of pumpset brand wise against target of 2005-06 as finalized by the RD Department has already been circulated to all the BDOs. It was reported by the BDOs that beneficiary contribution and state share had not yet been received in full. It was decided to release the pumpset for those beneficiaries against whom both state contribution and beneficiary contribution have been deposited.                                                ( Action : EE-RD(S) and all BDOs)

3)       All the BDOs were further requested to complete the projects of setting up shallow tube well for irrigation, including power connection immediately.

4. SW AND SE AND GENERAL MATTERS:

1)       All the vacant quota of BHP should be filled up in every Block in consultation with concerned Panchayat samiti/BAC. If the quota of a village/GP is vacant, then it should be given 15 days time to fill up the vacancy. Thereafter, Panchayat Samiti/BAC concerned shall be competent to divert the vacancy to some other GP/ Village where quota has already exhausted but eligible disabled persons exist.           ( Action : all BDOs )

2)       BDO, Satchand reported that BHP quota of Satchand Block had not yet been filled up. He has been advised to take immediate steps to fill up the vacancy by diversion as per above decision given by Hon’ble SW&SE Minister.

3)       It was reported that survey report in respect of NOAP and BHP in prescribed format was pending with all the BDOs. Survey should be completed and submitted by 8/1/07. It was pointed out that the survey should cover all the eligible old and aged persons and in case of BHP, name and percentage of disability is to be clearly indicated.                                 ( Action : all BDOs )

4)       DISE informed that 134 fully blind persons have been identified and the list had been submitted to the Government.

5)       Out of the new 14 AWCs, 2 have been opened. Site selection for the others have to be made by the BDOs concerned. 10 SECs are to be converted into AWCs.                                                          ( Action by BDOs and DISE )

6)          Literacy survey : Enrolment drive for the un-enrolled children (3 to 5 years) was reported to be underway. He was requested to intimate the achievement status.                                                   ( Action by DISE South )

7)     NFBS : All eligible pending cases pertaining to the period upto last one year are to be sent to the Govt. It was informed that Rs.1.60 lakhs have been scnctioned for Bokafa Block.                    ( Action by BDOs and DISE South )

8)    Construction of AWCs : Construction of all the AWCs are to be started by all the BDOs. UC to be submitted for the AWCs where constructions have been completed. The points to be noted are (i) Ramp to be provided, (ii) truss to be painted before fitting, (iii) only RD materials to be used in the construction works in respect of materials supplied by RD, (iv) Model of AWC may be changed, but store and kitchen to be provided invariably. Separate kitchen may also be provided for AWCs, (v) EE, RD will arrange to supply revised model estimate within an amount of Rs.1.75 lakhs by 20/01/07 to all BDOs.                                                                                                ( Action by all BDOs )

 

5. PHE:

1)       All the BDOs were requested to inform the AE (PHE) of concerned Block area in writing to extend pipeline and to DGM of TSECL for extension of power connection upto newly constructed Women Sanitation Complex, Brooder house, AWC & School immediately. BDOs informed that :-

AMP- Pipeline extension of PHE and power line not given at WSC.

KBK- Pipeline extension and Power connection not made to WSC. BDO to sent request letter.

RPC & STC- A requesting letter was sent to AE, SBM(PHE), but no action is taken up by PHE to extend pipeline up to WSC.                

RJN – Pipeline extended up to 4/5 nos WSC. Request letter sent to Power Dept. but no action has yet been taken.

KLA- Request letter sent to extend pipeline to WSC at Killa and at Jalema Basanta  Para JB School, but till now no action has been taken up.

MTB – 2 nos WSC completed, but PHE pipeline not extended.

KBN – 3 nos. WSC completed and 1(one) in progress at DIET college. Pipeline connection and power line are not given.

HRM- Reservoir work to be started. Thereafter, PHE connection will be taken.

BKF- Pipe line to be extended to B.C. Manu Brooder House.

2) Growth Centres :

Garjee Growth Centre: Two nos. DTW sinking for irrigation purpose is to be done by WR Dept. Fund placed with PHE- to be completed by Feb.’07.

Kowaifung Growth Centre: 3 water tanks and pipeline extension are incomplete. Tile work is in progress. To be completed by Jan,’07 end.

Silachari Growth Centre: 2 water tanks are 80% complete. To be completed by Jan,’07 end.

Debipur Growth Centre: EE, PHE, Belonia is to prepare the estimate of pipeline extension immediately.

Manughat and Chotakil Growth Centre: Estimate for IRP at Chotakil & pipeline extension are to be submitted by 20th Jan,’07.

6. School Education Matters:

a. Construction of School Building:

(1)             District Education Officer, South briefed the construction status of school buildings taken up in 2005-06 under SSA - total 138 nos completed, 17 nos in progress and work not started at 1 no school till now at Lailakbari SB School under Killa Block. DM, South asked BDO KLA is to expedite shifting of TSR camp out of Lailakbari SB School.          (Action: BDO, KLA & DEO,(S))

(2)      UC for PMGY(Edn) 2004-05 is pending with BDO Ompi and ZDO(South).  BDO, OMPI will furnish a report about the status of construction of building of Rangjuha J.B. School.                                       (Action by BDO, OMP & ZDO(S))

(3)      BDO OMP, RJN, HRM & STC  and EO, Udaipur NP are requested to submit the pending U/C for the work of school building under SSA 2004-05 immediately as the work has already been completed.

(Action: BDO - OMP, RJN, HRM, STC & EO, Udaipur NP)

(4)      It was informed that as per estimate of JB School, only 3 nos rooms can be constructed out of Rs. 6.25 Lakhs given under SSA, whereas as per RD estimate, block was constructing 6 rooms within the same project cost of  Rs. 6.25 Lakhs. DM, South Tripura requested DEO to take the views of Education Dept. In this regard, no report was received from Education department. DEO, South is requested to expedite it.                          (Action by DEO, South)

(5)      DEO, South informed that under SSA 2006-07, total (a) 88 nos Primary School building will be constructed, out of which 59 nos in ADC area - fund placed for 63 nos school and work started in 51 schools. (b) Total 15 nos Upper Primary School building will be constructed, fund placed for 15 nos and work in progress at 14 nos schools. (c) 25 nos CRC building will be constructed- fund placed to all, work started for 23 nos. (d) 10 nos boundary wall will be constructed and fund placed for 10 nos and work in progress at 9 nos.

(6)      All SSA matters are to be briefed to DM by Dy. Director, Education (South). BLEC to communicate the decisions in writing for DLEC concurrence.

(7)      The issue of having no pucca building from SSA for Khemanand Tilla JB School, Nayan Krishna Sadhu Para JB School and upgraded Purba Madhya Pilak SB School raised by Chairman, Bokafa PS in the last development meeting has not yet been clarified. DEO, South is requested to examine whether the aforesaid 2 schools were included in SSA (2004-05) plan for school construction. If so, whether fund was placed for construction of these schools?

b. Creation of Drinking Water Sources at School – Status :

(1) PMA 2004-05: BDO- RPC & RJN are yet to complete creation of water sources. They were instructed to clarify the pendency. Pendency status in details along with the name of IO and indication of likely completion darteto be given.                                                                  ( Action by BDO, RPC/RJN )

(2) PMA 2005-06 : BDO- STC, RJN & HRM will take immediate steps to complete the outstanding works and submit UC. UC is also pending with BDO – KLA & KBK. They shall submit UC without further delay.

c. Construction of Toilet at Schools :

(1)    Total target for construction of Toilet was 90 nos. Schools under SSA 2005-06 and till now, 84 nos toilets are completed. BDO, RJN reported that construction could not be started due non-availability of road. BDO, HRM & RPC reported that works had already been started.

(2)     BDO- KBK, OMPI, BKF, RJN, HRM, STC & RPC shall submit UC under SSA 2005-06 immediately.

(3)      All the BDOs were directed to take construction of Toilet at schools, not having toilet facilities, immediately out of unspent TSC fund and the list of such schools where toilet will be constructed should be sent to DM, South with a copy to concerned HM of School and DEO (South).                                                                                             (Action: all BDO)

 

7. Drinking Water Sector:

A.      BDO– RPC informed that project taken up at 44 identified habitations at   Banaraipara is completed.

B. PMGY(DW) 2005-06:

(1)          Creation of sources for coverage of NC/PC Habitations lying incomplete with BDO- KLA-2, KBK-4, BKF-1, HRM-1 and EE(RD), South- 1. They are requested to complete the works by Jan,’07 positively.

(2)      UC is pending with BDO- KLA, KBK, RJN, HRM, STC, RPC & SBM. They are requested to submit UCs immediately.

C. ARWSP: (i) Creation of Innovative Type drinking water sources under ARWSP 2005-06 is pending with BDO – KLA, AMP, KBK, BKF, HRM, STC, RPC & EE(RD). BDO, BKF will provide only on receipt of subscribers. BDO, HRM will suspend the work at Som Para (Dakshin Sonaichari).

(ii) All BDOs are to expedite the creation of drinking water sources taken up under ARSWP – 2006-07 so as to complete them by Jan’07. (Action: all BDOs)

(iii) All the ongoing projects taken up under SGRY, PMs Announcement, SSA, ARWSP, PMGY(DW) taken up during the year 2005-06 should be completed by end of Jan,’07 positively.                                                (Action: All BDOs)

(iv) BDOs have been advised to prepare Scheme-wise pendency status and submit to DM’s office within Jan,’07.                         ( Action by All BDOs )

D. Swajaldhara:

1) Swajaldhara 2003-04 : Out of 814, 812 projects have been completed and 2 projects i.e. Mini DTW at Purba Malbassa under AMP Block and another at Kalachara under STC Block  are in progress.   ( Action by BDO, AMP/STC )

2) Swajaldhara 2004-05 : (i) Out of 12 projects, 8 have been completed and 4 are in progress. The BDOs were instructed to expedite completion of the remaining projects.                            ( Action by BDO, KLA/AMP/RPC/STC)

3) Swajaldhara 2005-06 : (i) BDO, KLA will not be able to submit proposal against one balance target Hence, his quota is diverted to AMP Block. BDO, AMP shall send VWSC resolution at the earliest.          ( Action by BDO, KLA/AMP)

(ii) BDO, HRM & RPC are to submit details of beneficiary contribution against balance one project each, so that fund can be sanctioned immediately. If necessary, the location may be changed.               ( Action : BDO, HRM/RPC )

 (vi) It was instructed to start the works immediately, where works are yet to be started and complete within March,’07.                         ( Action by all BDOs )

(vii) General guidelines were given by DM(S) in the execution of Swajaldhara projects (a) JEs attached to the Blocks will be entrusted with the execution of the projects, (b) All the balance works with the JE of Swajaldhara will be taken over by the JEs of the Blocks, (c) 10% of the cost for distribution pipline shall be taken from the beneficiaries and the amount should be kept as corpus fund in the savings account of VWSC to meet maintenance expenses.

11. Housing:

(1)      All BDOs should take up the construction & Up-gradation houses under IAY 2006-07 expeditiously.                                             (Action by all BDOs)

(2)      EE, RD is to confirm the weight of GCI sheets given for IAY houses. Also, check whether giving GCI sheets by number for exact 24 sheets will lead to some saving, allowing beneficiaries to get some more cash. (Action: EE, RD(S))

(3)     IAY houses to be allocated to all families who were attacked in retaliation by extremists in Dhanrai para, OMP block. Special target for this purpose has been given. BDO, Ompi to start the work immediately. (Action by BDO, OMP)

 

12. Road Connectivity:

       BDOs had been requested to take up the 3(three) nos roads to connect unconnected paras per block out of RD funds. Monthly progress report on this matter should be submitted by all BDOs.                             (Action : All BDOs)

 

13. MPLADS:

(1)    BDO Rajnagar informed that construction of High school building at U.B.C.Nagar started and will be completed by Jan’07.      (Action: BDO RJN)

(2)    BDO BKF informed that construction of 300 seated community Hall at Muhuripur is in progress. He was requested to submit part UC for said project.

(3)    BDO, BKF was requested to complete the construction works at Jolaibari PHC following the instructions given by DM, South immediately.

(4)   All the sanctioned projects prior to 2005-06 under MPLADS should be completed on priority basis giving special emphasis & all UC to be submitted by the BDO.                                                  (Action by all concerned BDOs)

(5)   BDO Hrishyamukh was asked to submit the pending UC against the 2(two) nos completed works in the last meeting, but the matter was found pending. He was further asked to submit UC immediately.                   (Action by BDO HRM)

(6)    EE, RDD, South informed that the problem of joyce has been solved in respect of the construction of Foot Bridge at Barkhola, Bijoynagar GP under STC Block. DM, North will be requested again to place the addl. Fund without further delay.                              (Action by O/C, Dev and EE, RDD, South )

14. BADP:

(1)      The pending works of 2nd phase fund of 2005-06 shall be completed without further delay. After completion, U/C should be sent immediately. (Action by BDO – KBK, AMP, RPC & STC)

(2)      It was requested to prepare estimate for project proposals approved for the year 2006–07 under BADP and start execution out of fund placed recently. BDO RPC, HRM, STC & RJN informed that the required estimates are under preparation.          (Action by BDO RJN/ HRM/RPC/STC & EE, RD, South)

(3)      BDO Karbook informed that construction work of processing centre for Bamboo cane activities started at Khuripara. BDO, KBK was asked to take immediate steps for completion of works by Jan’07.           (Action: BDO, KBK)

(4)      BDO Karbook also informed that brick soling work from Nabajoypara to Simbhua para (L–3 KM) has not been started, as NBCC has taken up the road under PMGSY. BDO KBK was requested to submit alternative proposal.

(Action: BDO,KBK)

(5)      U/C is pending since long time with BDO RJN for construction of Gabtali High School (2004–05), BDO BKF for construction of Market stall at Debdaru Bazar (2005-06) & BDO STC for construction of addl. classroom at Gardhang High School (2004-05), though works have already completed.

(6)             Proposals for creation of Model Village as per prescribed format shall be submitted immediately on high priority, as it has unnecessarily got delayed.

(Action: BDO, HRM/RJN/STC/RPC & KBK).

 

15. DRDA:

1)       All BDOs to submit  action taken report on Agenda Note of DRDA discussed in Monthly Development Meeting  to PD, DRDA(S) with a copy to DM, South by 21st of every month.                                 ( Action by All BDOs )

2)       PD DRDA informed that SGRY expenditure till Dec. end is less than 50% in respect of Killa, Amarpur, Karbook and Ompi Block. Fund and rice is available. The four blocks in particular and other blocks in general were instructed to expedite expenditure.                                  ( Action by All BDOs)

3)       BDO, RPC could not confirm lifting of  the un-lifted rice of 147.40 Kg during the year 2005-06. BDO Rupaichari was instructed to lift the un-lifted rice of previous year on priority basis. BDO RJN was asked to confirm utilization of the balance unlifted amount of rice by this month positively and make the balance nil.                                          ( Action by BDO, RPC/RJN )

4)       UCs of various advances like SGRY, SGSY Infrastructure, SGSY Training, BPL Survey, CBCS etc. were still lying outstanding with BDOs. All BDOs were requested to submit the adjustment as well as UC as per requisite format immediately without fail.                                           ( Action by All BDOs )

5)       UC of SGRY 2004-05 is still pending with BDO- KBK, OMPI, BKF, STC & HRM. The BDOs will take immediate steps to clear the pendency of UC.

6)          Online data entry of SHGs should be updated regularly and a monthly progress report to be sent to DRDA(S) regularly as per format in the agenda note. All BDOs were requested to send the proposals of defunct/ non-traceable SHGs to the DRDA(S) for weeding out from the list of SHGs.

7)       BDO, MTB/KBN/BKF were requested to complete the survey of the selected beneficiaries for Rural Housing Scheme and send to DRDA(S) immediately for sponsoring the cases to banks for finance. PD DRDA(S) was requested to sponsor the pending cases of other blocks immediately.

8) 10% ADC Share of SGRY:- (i) Diversion projects under RPC and KLA have been completed by EE, RDD, South. He will complete the diversion project under STC within Feb ‘07 and another diversion project under STC within Jan’07.                                                                          ( Action by EE, RDD)

 (ii)    Those BDOs, who have not yet started the works under SGRY 10% ADC share, are instructed to start immediately.

(iii)     BDOs were requested to submit proposals under 10% ADC share 2006-07 giving priority to Electrification and irrigation.

9)            DM(South) instructed the BDOs to ensure that Extension Officers (Panchayat) visit each GP and submit detailed report on the activities and progress of scheme implementation. Format used for reporting progress of works of the Blocks may be used for the purpose.

10)     BDOs were instructed to submit GP-wise financial statement by 20th of every month to DM’s office on a regular basis along with other reports/returns, stating the balance fund available under SGRY & PDF separately.

11)     BDOs were instructed to furnish full details of TC/DC paid by them since 2001-02 to DM’s office to prepare status report and reconciliation.

16. SRE:

1)       BDO-OMPI, KBK, BKF, AMP, KLA, STC & RPC have been requested to expedite the construction works for alternative accommodation of security forces for early completion. All works taken up during the year 2005-06 & 2006-07 should be completed by Jan’07 positively. BDO Ompi assured that construction of camp at Rambabu para will be completed by Jan’07.                                          (Action by BDO, OMPI/KBK/BKF/AMP/KLA/ RPC)

2)       BDO RPC was asked to submit an estimate for maintenance of kitchen room of Bagmara TSR Camp immediately.                 (Action by BDO, RPC)

3)       All the BDOs were requested to submit the copies of work order, Vouchers and UCs in respect of SRE works, as the above papers are to be submitted to the Home Ministry, Govt. of India for re-imbursement claim.

4)       Vice-Chairman of HRM Panchayat Samiti requested DM, South to construct a water reservoir for drinking water at Matai and South Amjadnagar BOP. BDO HRM is requested to send a formal proposal for the same with requirement of fund under SRE. No report yet received from BDO HRM. He is asked to submit it immediately.                                (Action by BDO –HRM)

5) DPO (South) will arrange to supply latest estimate of Panchayat Ghar circulated by Panchayat Deptt. to all the BDOs so as to use it for construction of barracks as alternative accommodation for security forces occupying govt. buildings.                                                             ( Action by DPO, South )

8) BDOs will intimate fund requirement under SRE to DM’s office immediately. They will cover BOPs/Security Camps with Water Sources on priority.

17. Block Building, minor works etc. Matters:-

1)       DM, South requested Executive Engineer, RDD(S) to expedite the construction work of Kakraban Block building, using balance required amount released under BADP 2006-07.                         (Action by EE, RDD, South)

2)       BDO-RJN & RPC were requested to complete maintenance work/ addl. building works early.                                                (Action: BDO RJN/RPC)

3)       EE (RDD) South and BDO STC, RJN, RPC & AMP are requested to submit UC immediately.                          (Action by EE, RDD & BDO-STC)

4)       BDOs to give requisition/estimates for repair and maintenance of Block Building / govt. quarters.                                            (Action: All BDOs)

5)       Site Specific estimate to be prepared by EE,RD for BKF block by following HRM model and not STC model. Matter be given high priority.

18. TSC:

1)              Survey of IHHL (house to house) is to be completed by all BDOs and complete report is yet to be submitted by BDO Matabari & Killa.  They shall submit it by 20th Jan 07 positively, otherwise strict action shall be taken against them.                                                                    (Action : All BDOs)

2)       All the BDOs are asked to submit Field Survey report on hygiene behaviour and education practices (regarding usage of toilets, washing hand after defecation and before eating meals, cutting of nails etc) given on page 79 of Agenda note in the new FORMAT. BDO Karbook, Kakraban, Killa, Rajnagar & Satchand have not submitted the report. They are asked to submit it immediately.                          (Action: BDO KBK, KBN, KLA, RJN & STC )

3)       BDO-MTB, BKF, HRM, KBN should take appropriate steps for early completion of construction work of Woman Sanitary Complex (WSC) on priority basis. Beneficiary contribution for WSC may be arranged out of own revenue of gram-Panchayat or Panchayat Samiti/BAC.

4)       BDO-Matabari should take immediate steps to collect the beneficiary contribution for completion of Garjee WSC.           (Action by BDO, MTB)

 

19. Panchayat Matters:

1)       BDOs were requested to take up construction work of selected Panchayat Ghar-cum-library as per fixed target for the year 2006-07. Monthly Progress report in connection with Panchayat Ghar-cum-library should be submitted regularly. (Action : BDO-KLA, OMP, KBK, BKF, STC, RPC & RJN )

2)       All the BDOs were requested to submit the pending UC of PDF for all the previous years up to 2005-06.                                         (Action: All BDOs)

3)      After visit of 2/3 Panchayat offices and verification of Cash Book/other records in Ompi area, DPO(S) reported that good amount were lying in GP Account as unspent. BDO, Ompi as also other BDOs were instructed to take appropriate steps to utilize the GP funds immediately.    ( Action : All BDOs)

 

20. Welfare Works for SC, ST, OBC & RM:

1)       All BDOs were requested to complete all ongoing works of 2005-06 by Jan’07 and to submit the U/C as per enclosed list with agenda notebook of TW.                                                                                (Action by all BDOs)

2)       BDOs should submit the detail progress of Rubber plantation and raising of nursery, for which fund was placed to BDOs. Name of location, area covered, no. of beneficiaries, status of plantation, expenditure and next action to be taken up should be mentioned in the report for onward submission.

3)          Target under SCA fixed by Tribal Welfare Dept for blocks were re-circulated among the BDOs. They were requested to submit proposal immediately as per target for sending to TW Directorate for placement of fund.

4)       BDOs are requested to submit a progress report on re-grouped villages every month, whatever works they have taken up, for onward submission. The report should be submitted in the format given in Agenda Booklet of TW.                                          (Action by all BDOs)

 

22. Miscellaneous:

1)       DM, South requested BDO Bokafa, Karbook and Satchand to take preliminary steps to start the newly sanctioned Growth Centre at Debipur, Chellagang and Manughat/Chottokhil. Fund will be placed to all Implementing agencies immediately.                                   (Action: BDO-BKF, KBK & STC)

2)       BDO Satchand and Matabari were requested to take up construction of workshed for Potters under SGRY fund immediately, as Govt. is pressing hard. An action taken report is to be submitted.by BDOs.  (Action : BDO-MTB/STC)

3)       All Development works should be posted on website and this should be updated every month.                                     (Action by all BDOs & DIO, South)

4)       All BDOs were requested to submit the latest numbers of RAMP constructed in the Block area in all Govt. institutions as per supplied FORMAT for onward submission by 25th of every month along with monthly progress reports.                                                                           (Action by all BDOs)

5)                  BDO RJN, OMP, MTB, STC & RPC should form the Village level Disaster Management Plan immediately. (Action : BDO RNJ, OMP, MTB, STC & RPC)

6)                 All BDOs should pay adequate attention to achieving the goal of 9-point programme.

7)                 BDOs are to spend funds placed under health awareness schemes for wide publicity of health schemes giving priority to JSY.

8)                All the BDOs must furnish the Monthly Progress Report as per formats given in Agenda Note Book by 22nd to 25th Jan 07 without fail.

9)                  The next development meeting will be held on 05/02/07 at 1.00 PM at Killa RD Block after conclusion of field visit at different parts of Killa R.D. Block from 9.00 am to 12.00 noon. BDO KILLA is requested to make sitting arrangement etc. for the meeting. All the BDOs are requested to assemble at Udaipur Circuit House at 9.00 am sharp for starting field visit of various development works on way to KILLA Block.
